We hear this a lot, always be grateful in life. Because the struggle ends when the gratitude begins.
Life is a journey. Try to pause for a moment and look around us. Look at the beauty of this world. Without a doubt, we will always find something to be grateful for.
No matter how tired or stressed your day is, being grateful in life is always the solution.
Because at the end of the day, gratitude turns what we have into enough.
Living in a state of gratitude is one of the best ways to experience a wonderful life. Being grateful in life helps us participate and be more present in each moment. And when we don’t stop to appreciate those little pockets of happiness, life tends to rush past us.

However, it takes a little more time to see the good in life for some other people to appreciate everything around them.

How you can help yourself to be grateful
1. Create A Gratitude Journal
One of the most remarkable practices you can do is create a gratitude journal where you write down the things you’re grateful for in life. Perhaps the people who give you the happiest of moments you’ve gotten to relish in. Basically, the things or moments to be grateful for in your life.
Yup, I know. For some people, writing is a piece of cake. Meanwhile, it will take hours for some others to write just a little. Here are some tips. Try to sit down and recall the moments that made you the happiest.
Write down the moments that made your stomach hurt from laughing. Or when you got a beautiful compliment from your friend or a stranger.
Recall moments where you felt really good or ones that surprised you and brought a smile to your face. No matter how big or small it is. Look at them once you have the list, and gratitude will come. Naturally.
Alternatively, you don’t have to look for paper or a pen. Sometimes just focusing on your thoughts and reprogramming them to choose positivity can instantly change your mood.
Have a moment to yourself in the day. Talk about these things out loud. Consequently, putting those words out into the world creates radiant energy around you that others can feel.
2. Compliment someone else- Appreciate them!

4. Take a Look at Those who are Having a Tough Times
One of my all-time favorite ways to get out of my head and into the world is to learn how others live and go about their lives. Especially the unfortunate ones.
Nothing shows you how lucky you are other than seeing how other people are dealing with unfortunate situations.
Such as homelessness, hunger, being an orphan as a kid, and poverty. You can never imagine how bad they just want the roof you’re living under. Or the food on your table. Or even the feelings of having parents that care for you.
People wish they have what you have. No matter how bad things are going for you, you can’t imagine how lucky you are to have the things you do.
Once you open your eyes to the incredible things happening around you, you start to enjoy life from a sweeter vantage point.
